Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and CallBridge LLC (“CallBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the CallBridge AI voice receptionist service and website at getcallbridge.com.

By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Description of Service

CallBridge provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service for law firms. Our service includes:

  • 24/7 AI voice answering in your firm's name
  • Legal intake data collection tailored to your practice areas
  • Emergency detection and live call transfer to designated attorney phone numbers
  • Instant SMS and email notifications with call summaries
  • Consultation booking into your firm's calendar
  • Call recordings and full transcripts
  • Spam call filtering

Our AI agent is designed to collect information from callers and route inquiries appropriately. It does not provide legal advice, make legal determinations, or establish attorney-client relationships on behalf of your firm.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer monthly subscription plans as listed on our pricing page. Current plans include Starter ($397/month), Professional ($697/month), and Firm ($1,197/month). Founding rates may be available for early subscribers at reduced pricing as indicated on our website.

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing cycle.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method each billing cycle.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, we may suspend your service until payment is received.

Setup and Onboarding

Setup is included at no additional cost with all plans. We configure your AI agent with your firm’s information, practice areas, intake questions, and call routing preferences. We conduct test calls before activating the service and provide a welcome guide upon activation.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate firm information
  • Configuring call forwarding from your phone system to the number we provide
  • Notifying us of changes to your firm's information, attorney availability, or intake requirements

Free Pilot Program

We may offer a 14-day free pilot at our discretion. The pilot includes full service configuration and operation. No credit card is required for the pilot. At the end of the pilot period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or discontinue use. We are not obligated to offer a free pilot to every prospective client.

Service Level and Limitations

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our voice answering service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, telecommunications provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our AI agent operates within the parameters we configure for your firm. While we continually improve accuracy, the AI may occasionally misinterpret caller statements, fail to capture information correctly, or route calls incorrectly. We review call quality regularly and make adjustments as needed.

CallBridge is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Our AI agent is explicitly programmed to:

  • Never provide legal advice
  • Never tell a caller they have a case or legal claim
  • Disclose that it is an AI system on every call
  • Obtain recording consent as required by applicable law

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Ensure that using an AI receptionist complies with your jurisdiction's bar rules and ethical obligations
  • Review call summaries and transcripts regularly for accuracy
  • Notify us promptly of any issues with call handling
  • Maintain accurate and current firm information in our system
  • Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording and client communications

Intellectual Property

CallBridge retains all rights to its technology, software, AI models, and service infrastructure. You retain ownership of your firm’s data, including call recordings, transcripts, and intake information collected through our service.

You grant us a limited license to use your firm’s name, practice area information, and other details you provide solely for the purpose of configuring and delivering the service.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data and call information as confidential. Our staff access call data only as necessary for service delivery, quality assurance, and technical support. We do not share your firm’s data with other clients or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

We acknowledge the sensitive nature of communications involving law firms and their clients. While CallBridge is not a party to any attorney-client relationship, we handle all call data with appropriate care and security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallBridge’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

CallBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

CallBridge is not liable for any legal malpractice claims, missed client opportunities, or other damages resulting from AI agent errors, service interruptions, or inaccurate information capture.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallBridge and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use our service. Either party may terminate the subscription as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, during which time you may request an export. After 90 days, we will delete your data unless legally required to retain it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, use the service for unlawful purposes, or fail to pay fees after notice and a reasonable cure period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CallBridge regarding the service.
