Account Information: When you sign up for our service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, law firm name, and billing information.

Call Data: Our AI voice receptionist processes inbound calls to your firm. This includes caller names, phone numbers, case details shared during intake, call recordings, and call transcripts. All call data is processed on behalf of your firm and is owned by your firm.

Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. Your credit card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details on their data handling practices.

Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.

Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our AI voice receptionist service
  • Process calls and deliver intake summaries, transcripts, and notifications to your firm
  • Process payments and send billing-related communications
  • Send service-related notices, including onboarding emails, weekly reports, and system updates

Call Recording and AI Disclosure

Our AI voice receptionist discloses to every caller that the call is being handled by an AI system. All calls are recorded with appropriate consent disclosures made at the beginning of each call. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel at your firm and CallBridge support staff as needed for service delivery.

We do not use call recordings or transcripts to train AI models. Your call data is used solely for delivering the service to your firm.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service, including Retell AI (voice processing), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for call recordings and transcripts, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews of our systems and processes.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Export your call data in standard formats
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
