Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At CallBridge LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with our AI voice receptionist service. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments.

Subscription Billing

All CallBridge subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month (your “billing date”). Your billing date is the day you activate your paid subscription. Payments are processed automatically via credit card through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your CallBridge subscription at any time by contacting us at nadeem@getcallbridge.com or by notifying your account manager.

Starter and Professional Plans: These plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Firm Plan: The Firm plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel at any time with the same terms as above.

When you cancel, we will:

  • Disable your AI agent at the end of the current billing period
  • Provide a final call summary and performance report
  • Retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • Delete your data after 90 days unless you request earlier deletion

Refund Policy

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

In the following circumstances, we may issue refunds at our discretion:

Service Failure: If our system experiences a material outage (defined as more than 24 continuous hours of downtime not caused by your phone system or carrier) during your billing period, you may request a prorated credit for the affected days.

Setup Issues: If we are unable to successfully configure and activate your AI agent within 14 days of your subscription start date due to issues on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will promptly issue a full refund of the overcharge.

Founding Rate Lock: If you subscribed at a founding rate, your rate is locked permanently as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding rate is not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at nadeem@getcallbridge.com with your firm name, the reason for the refund request, and relevant details.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need to temporarily stop using CallBridge (for example, during a firm relocation or extended leave), you may request a subscription pause instead of cancelling. Paused subscriptions:

  • Are not billed during the pause period
  • May be paused for up to 3 months
  • Retain all your configuration and data
  • Can be reactivated at any time by contacting us

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly at nadeem@getcallbridge.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in service suspension during the dispute resolution process.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. The current version is always available at getcallbridge.com/refund.
